  • Criticizes the other parent in children’s presence.

  • Ceases access to a child.
  • Uses the wrong or hurtful words.
  • Uses the child as an informant or a spy.
  • Uses a child as a confidante e.g. sharing your negative feelings in the divorce.
  • Forces a child to choose sides.
  • Defaults in the payment of child maintenance
  • Being manipulated by a child without realization.
  • Not complying with the access arrangement.
  • Neglecting your own care.
